The Bournville Carillon is considered to be the finest musical instrument of its type in the United Kingdom and possibly the world. With a set of 48 bells, tuned across the four octaves of the chromatic scale, it is certainly the most musical. The history of this instrument is long and winding, full of interesting anecdotes, asides, and community celebration. This book hopes to entertain and inform the reader of many of these historical mile stones.
